Do you come to me, or do I bring my car to you?
We come to you. Heavenly Hands Detailing is a mobile service — we bring all the equipment and supplies to your home, office, or wherever your car is parked. No drop-off needed.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Georgia, including Atlanta, Marietta, Savannah, Augusta, Columbus, Macon, Roswell, and surrounding areas. If you're not sure if we cover your location, contact us and we'll let you know.
What's included in a Basic Wash & Vacuum ($75)?
Exterior hand wash and dry, wheel cleaning, interior vacuum (seats, floors, cargo area), window cleaning inside and out, and a wipe-down of hard surfaces. Perfect for routine maintenance.
What's included in a Full Detail ($250)?
Everything in the Interior Detail plus a full exterior detail — hand wash, clay bar treatment, tire dressing, wheel cleaning, and minor surface prep. Best for cars that need a thorough reset.
What is paint correction and do I need it?
Paint correction removes swirl marks, light scratches, water spots, and oxidation using a machine polisher. If your paint looks dull, hazy, or swirled in direct sunlight, it will make a dramatic difference. Included in the Premium Detail & Paint Correction package ($350).
How long does a detail take?
Basic Wash & Vacuum: 1–1.5 hours. Interior Detail: 2–3 hours. Full Detail Package: 3–4 hours. Premium Detail & Paint Correction: 4–6 hours. Times vary based on vehicle size and condition.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily — as long as we can access the vehicle and have a place to work (driveway, parking lot), you don't need to be present. We'll reach out if anything comes up.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly on our website by selecting your service and paying the $25 appointment deposit to lock in your slot, or contact us through the quote form and we'll reach out to schedule.
Why do you charge a deposit?
The $25 deposit reserves your time slot and ensures we both show up ready. It's applied toward the cost of your service — it's not an extra fee.
How often should I get my car detailed?
For most drivers, a full detail every 3–6 months is ideal. If you drive frequently, park outside, or live in Georgia's high-pollen, high-humidity climate, every 3 months keeps your car in top shape. A Basic Wash & Vacuum every 4–6 weeks is great for routine upkeep.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Payment is processed at the time of booking (deposit) or at the time of service.
Do you detail trucks and SUVs?
Yes — we detail all vehicle types including sedans, trucks, SUVs, and vans. Pricing is the same regardless of vehicle size.
